Who we are
This website, azcp.org, is run by the South Azerbaijan Congress Party (ACP). Questions about this policy can be sent to iletisim@azcp.org.
What we collect and why
Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. They are emailed to the party's mailbox so we can answer you. The website itself does not keep them in a database.
Membership application: the form on the Join page asks the questions of the party's membership questionnaire: your name, parents' names, date of birth, contact details, address, education and skills, your activity in the national movement, any detention of you or a close relative, and previous memberships. Some of this is sensitive. It is saved in a private list in the party's website administration area, which only authorised administrators can open, and is reviewed by the party's oversight commission to handle your application.
Visit statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure site speed. They record the page visited, the referring site, country, browser and device type. They do not use cookies and do not build profiles of individual visitors.
Server logs: our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Cookies
azcp.org does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Some articles embed content from other services (for example YouTube videos or social media posts). Those services may set their own cookies, which you can control in your browser settings.
Sharing your data
We never sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site (Vercel for hosting and analytics, Google for forms, our email provider for the party mailbox) and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Messages and membership details are kept for as long as needed to respond, keep our records and manage membership. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to iletisim@azcp.org.
A note on safety
No internet transmission is completely secure. If your message contains information that could put you or others at risk, please consider whether to send it through this website and contact us through a channel you trust.
